Description

Each grape is processed separately, following their respective ripening times. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks with Native yeasts. Aged in new French oak barriques for 18 months and one year in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour, fruity notes arrive on the nose with nuances of aromatic and spicy herbs, a complex and elegant taste with velvety tannins and a long finish.

Pairings

Grilled red meats, first courses with game ragout.
