Description

Each grape is processed separately, following their respective ripening times. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. Maturation in new French oak barriques for 18 months and one year in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour, fruity notes with hints of herbs and spices on the nose, a complex and elegant taste with velvety tannins and a long finish.

Pairings

Barbecued red meats, first courses with game ragout.
