BottlesRotary vinificators are used to process the harvested grapes, which allows for a complete extraction of the aromatic components of the grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 5 days. Maturation in steel vats for 6-12 months followed by 2 months’ rest in bottles at a temperature of 15°C.
Ruby red colour with purple hues; the nose is fine and aromatic, with hints of violets and geranium. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, slightly tannic with a finish of berries.
