Description

The wine is made from direct pressing of the grapes and subsequent spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle with the addition of fresh must. The wine is aged in the bottle for 18 months, then disgorged without any added sugar or other liqueurs.

Tasting

Aromatic and multifaceted nose with notes of citrus, white flowers and plum; fresh and lively on the palate.
