Intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections; frank and clear wine, intense, with saline and mineral notes that accompany the typical yellow fruit and almond; it is balanced in the mouth, and the notes intercepted on the nose return to the palate. Medium-long finish.
Fish and seafood, grilled vegetables, soft cheeses.
