Vinification using the Charmat method, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and secondary fermentation in sealed pressure tanks for 30 days. The wine is then bottled and released promptly.
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights, fine bubbles, and a creamy white foam. Fragrant, with inviting aromas of apple and peach. Refreshing, dry, and harmonious, with fresh fruit aromas and a clean finish.
Appetizers, baked fish, shellfish, white meats, cured meats and cheeses.
