Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September. Maceration for approximately 8 days with fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation for 6 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red color tending towards garnet; nose of ripe plum, morello cherry and liquorice, soft, harmonious, persistent sip.
