Description

From 3 hectares of vineyard at 480m above sea level, facing south; separate vinification for the two varieties in truncated cone-shaped oak and steel tanks; The frappato matures in 25hl oak barrels for a few weeks, then in stainless steel tanks; Nero d’Avola matures in 25hl and 60hl oak barrels; finally the assembly, the rest in steel and the refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby colour. Intense nose with fragrant aromas of cherry, small berries and pomegranate. Medium-structured sip, very dynamic, fresh and flowing, with a savory and long finish.

Roast meats, grilled meats, semi-mature cheeses.
