Cesanese Lazio IGT 2022

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard upon reaching the right ripeness with a careful choice of slightly dried grapes; fermentation for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 30/32°C. The product is drawn off in two stages, carrying out a review on the pomace for several days; after racking, the wine is stored in steel tanks and then matures in wood for 12 months.

Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Ethereal nose with hints of vanilla, intense and elegant. Dry, warm and persistent sip.
