Description

This Chardonnay originates on the right bank of the Serein river, from a vineyard exposed to the South-East, particularly favorable exposure (a fundamental requirement in the cold Chablis), and typical predominantly limestone subsoil of marine origin. Both the fermentation and the aging on the lees (18 months) take place in steel.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. On the nose it expresses itself with hints of citrus fruits, notes of acacia flowers and honey and a pleasant mineral trail. On the palate it is fresh, tasty, balanced and of great harmony.

Pairings

Suitable for accompanying sushi, shellfish and seafood dishes.
