Maceration of the grapes on the skins, vinification with spontaneous fermentation in steel; blending with perpetual reserve wine and aging in bottle for 36 months on the lees, before a light final dosage.
Intense pink color, elegant nose of red fruits, beetroot, and rose; enveloping and juicy on the palate, fruity and mineral, with toasted notes and a lovely finish.
