Description

Vinification with spontaneous fermentation in steel; blended with perpetual reserve wine and aged in bottle for 36 months on the lees, before disgorging with a light final dosage.

A very fresh Champagne, with notes of pineapple and lemon, pear, and stone fruit; the palate is characterized by a decisive and precise acidity and a vibrant minerality; a persistent and clean finish, with dynamic fruit returns.
