Description

Hand-harvested grapes from a single plot planted with Pinot Noir, dated 1983; the vinification takes place in 25hl oak barrels; the base wine bottled with cork for refermentation rests on the yeasts for at least 30 months; single vintage, no dosage at disgorgement.

Tasting

Nose of pastry and berries, with refreshing balsamic notes; elegant and enveloping sip, with a good balance between power and finesse.

Shellfish and seafood, risotto with porcini mushrooms, medium-flavoured cheeses.
