Description

It is produced with pure Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards located between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. The fermentation and maturation in contact with the noble lees are carried out in French oak barrels. A Burgundian style white.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Complex nose with notes of white peach and minerals. Fresh, savory and harmonious sip.

Pairings

It goes well with salted fish and baked shellfish. Also recommended with cold white meats and blue cheeses.
