The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. After soft pressing, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation is maintained at a constant temperature of 16°C for 20 days.
Intense straw yellow colour. Intense bouquet with fruity aromas. The taste is soft, velvety, full-bodied and harmonious overall.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with shellfish, grilled fish and white meats.
