Chardonnay DOC 2022

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, in September; white vinification with soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with rest on the fine lees for 10 months.

Fairly dense straw yellow color with golden reflections; complex nose, which recalls banana, melon and floral notes of lime. On the palate the sweetness of the taste and the fragrant concentration of ripe fruit are its dominant features.

Seafood appetizers, raw fish, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
