Description

Vineyard area 0.5 hectares, calcareous conoid soil, medium-textured, with good clay and skeleton content, south-west facing. White vinification with soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C in barriques, storage in barriques for a year, bottling in November and ageing in bottles for a further year.

Tasting

Spicy aromas of bread crust and mountain hay. Dry flavour, with good body and plenty of persistence.

Pair with appetisers or first courses with fish or vegetables, or with white meat.
