100% Chardonnay
The grapes are harvested and immediately processed in the winery; the vinification takes place with an initial maceration on the skins for 5/6 hours followed by a soft pressing with static draining; the free-run must, inoculated with selected yeasts, ferments in steel tanks for 10/12 days at a controlled temperature; the wine rests in contact with the fine lees in steel tanks for approximately 7 months.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections; vinous and intense nose, with sweet hints of white wild flowers and a light note of pear; rich, soft sip, with good flavor and marked minerality.
Starters, seafood first courses, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
