Description

Maceration of the musts for 14/28 days, with short and frequent pumping over; Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine matures in large barrels for 20/24 months.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color. Nose of black cherries, sour cherries, spices, vanilla and mineral hints. Sip consistent with the olfactory sensations, with well-integrated tannins and vibrant freshness. Long and fruity persistence.
