Sangiovese 95%, Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo and Colorino for the remaining 5%
After the manual harvest, the grapes are vinified using traditional methods; the wine is then matured for at least 12 months, both in medium-large capacity Slavonian oak barrels and in French oak tonneaux. After bottling, approximately 3 months of bottle aging.
Brilliant ruby red colour; on the nose warm fruity notes of plums, blackberries and raspberries, and fresher ones of aromatic herbs and spiciness. In the mouth it is fresh and soft, with a fruity return and a very long finish.
Starters, first courses with light sauces, second courses based on white meats, roasts, rich and seasoned fish dishes.
