Manual harvest at the end of September; destemming and pressing of the grapes, 14 days of alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins; the wine matures in concrete tanks for around 18 months and refines for a few months in the bottle.

Nose of red fruits and undergrowth, with intriguing light earthy notes and red flowers; enveloping and round sip, fresh and savory, with perfect tannins and a long finish.
