BottlesVinification in steel without temperature control; alcoholic fermentation in steel on the skins. The wine matures for 24 months in large oak barrels and refines for a few months in the bottle.
Ruby red colour; nose of morello cherry and undergrowth, with notes of spice and tobacco; full-bodied and structured sip, of great richness, with a very pronounced mineral vein, hints of ripe berries and cherry; marked and well integrated tannins.
Grilled red meats, Florentine steak, braised meats, stewed game, mature cheeses.
