The harvest is carried out manually in boxes, with multiple passes through careful selection in the field. The grapes, once destemmed and pressed, are placed in steel tanks where each plot of land will then be vinified separately. After the completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine continues its refinement in steel for several months, at the end of which it is bottled and then continues further refinement in the bottle before being placed on the market.
