Description

The harvest, rigorously done by hand, allows for a careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation At a controlled temperature, with selected yeasts, contact with the skins for a few hours, which gives the wine its typical rosé color and the aromatic polyphenols that characterize it. Maturation and refinement in stainless steel.

Tasting

Bright pink colour, fruity, clean, floral, fine aroma. On the palate a delicate intensity, fruity and rich in the characteristic salinity.

Pairings

Cured meats, light first courses, white meats, excellent as an aperitif.
