Description

Fermentation in stainless steel with prolonged maceration on the skins until the characteristic rosé colour is obtained. Maturation always in stainless steel.

Tasting

Pleasant, fresh hints of wild flowers and freshly picked berries, underlined by mineral traces and notes of herbs. Fresh, mineral, light and incredibly delicate taste.
