Description

Maceration of the whole grapes for approximately 6 hours, pressing with extraction of only the free-run must. Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Pinkish watercolor color almost like a rose petal. Elegant, harmonious nose, very fresh strawberries, delicate floral, citrus nuances, mineral note. Clean in the mouth, nice acidity, very dry, savory finish. Elegant.

Pairings

Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
