Cinqueterre DOC 2023

The vineyard is located at an altitude of about 150-300 metres on a terraced and very steep hillside, characterised by predominantly sandy soils. Cinqueterre is produced from carefully selected grapes harvested exclusively by hand. The bunches of grapes are brought to the cellar, destemmed and gently pressed and then undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers for several weeks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, racking takes place, after which the wine matures for a few months in stainless steel vats before being bottled and put on the market.

Intense straw yellow colour. The bouquet is pleasant and of good intensity, with hints of citrus fruits, wild flowers and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. The taste is soft, harmonious and balanced, with remarkable flavour and freshness.

Starters, first courses and fried fish. Also excellent with fresh cheeses and risottos.
