Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the first ten days of October; destemming, soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C; maturation in steel for 4 months.
Orange color with violet reflections, fragrant and fruity nose, broad and elegant, with notes of red flowers; dry and fresh sip, well balanced and slightly fruity.
Land and seafood appetizers, shellfish, white meats.
