Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the first two weeks of September; fermentation in white at a temperature of 18/20°C, rest in steel, refinement in bottle for 5 months.

Tasting

Intense straw yellow colour; elegant, fresh and fruity nose, of peach, almond and hawthorn, with notes and fragrances typical of undergrowth; dry and warm sip, full-bodied and harmonious.

Pairings

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, white meats, legume soups, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
