100% Moscato Bianco
Late harvest to have as much concentration as possible, drying for 15% of the grapes. Maceration in a cold press for 6 hours, fermentation in an autoclave at a temperature of 14 °C. Second fermentation and refinement for 6 months in autoclave, rest for 8 months in the bottle.
Golden yellow color with very fine bubble; complex nose, of apricot and honey, but with strong mineral notes; enveloping sip, fresh and savory, with balanced sweetness, with a refreshing and mineral finish.
Baked and leavened desserts, small pastries.
