Manual harvest of the grapes in the first ten days of October; soft pressing and cold static decantation; fermentation in steel at low temperature.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; on the nose there are hints of white fruit and aromatic herbs with a prevalence of chamomile. Dry sip with beautiful freshness and ripe fruit flavors. Persistent and balanced.
Sautéed clams, peppered mussels, shellfish, fish soups, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
