Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in early October; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; bottle aging for 2/12 months depending on the vintage.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with pearly reflections. Broad nose of yellow flowers, thyme and chamomile to which, over time, notes of coffee powder and honey are added. A sip of great harmony, characterized by well-balanced acidity and alcohol.

Seafood first courses, baked fish, shellfish, vegetarian dishes, white meats.
