Description

Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks, with adequate maintenance of the sugar content for natural refermentation in the autoclave.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage; fruity and floral nose, of pear and wild flowers; fresh sip, with tantalizing acidity, rounded and immediately pleasant.
