Description

Pied de cuve fermentation using resistant varieties. Syrah and Moscato undergo carbonic maceration, while the Tocai Rosso macerates in concrete vats for 10 days without temperature control. Aged in stainless steel until the February following harvest.

Tasting

A nose of red flowers, cherries, and berries, with notes of undergrowth and almond; a full and generous palate, rounded and smooth, with a slightly bitter finish.

Meat appetizers, grilled meats, aged cheeses.
