Hand harvested in October; the destemmed and pressed grapes ferment in steel with their skins for 8/10 days; the wine matures for 12 months in 20hl oak barrels and refines in the bottle for 12 months.
Pale garnet red, fragrant and intriguing, light, pleasantly spicy and balanced.
Vegetable and mushroom soups, stewed fish, fried anchovies, grilled white meats, beef tartare.
