Description

The grapes are completely destemmed and undergo a traditional red fermentation, with maceration on the skins for 5/8 days. After racking, maturation follows for 10 months in concrete tanks before bottling.

Elegant wine with tannic softness. Fragrant and varietal. Fresh and soft on the palate. Floral and fruity scent of morello cherry and red fruit.
