Description

Vinification in steel with cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at 22° C with maceration for 10/12 days; maturation for 11 months in steel, refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color with violet reflections; intense and spicy nose, with hints of mountain herbs; dry sip, good freshness, with soft tannins and good persistence.
