Description

Maceration for a few hours in the press at 20C. Squeezing, decanting in an autoclave and fermentation at 15C° for approximately 10 days; 30% of the mass is fermented in barriques, the remaining 70% in stainless steel tanks, then assembled together before bottling.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fruity with typical hints of fruit and spicy notes. Dry sip with good flavor and minerality.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, fish first courses.
