Description

From Corvina grapes harvested by hand with late harvest. Crushing and destemming of the grapes. Controlled temperature fermentation and maceration on the pomace for 10/15 days. The wine ages for 9 months in wooden barrels, half in Slavonian oak, half in French Allier oak barriques.

Tasting

Intense ruby red. On the nose cherry and morello cherry, small fruits and spices. The taste is soft, velvety, full-bodied and persistent.

red meats, game, game and mature cheeses.
