Description

Manual harvest in 18kg boxes starting from the third week of August with direct pressing of the fresh grapes and controlled fermentation and temperature in small stainless steel tanks; in the following spring the base wine is drawn. Disgorgement after at least 36 months of aging on its own yeasts.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage; fresh nose with hints of hawthorn, elderberry, yellow fruit and citrus fruits; fresh-savory sip with fruity and floral aromas on a persistent slightly mineral background.
