Description

Harvest between the end of September and the beginning of October, pressing and destemming of the grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over of the must; maceration for 15/20 days, aging for 1 year in oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep garnet red colour. Very intense nose with hints of morello cherry and berries. Full, dry and full-bodied sip, with a characteristic slightly bitter aftertaste.
