Description

The harvest is done manually, with rigorous selection in the vineyard. Half of the vinification is done whole bunch, and fermentation occurs naturally using indigenous yeasts. The wine then ages for over 12 months in old barrels.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color; clean and mineral nose, of small red fruits and spices, with notes of undergrowth; lively and precise sip, with fine tannins and a long finish.
