Cuvée A Brut Rosé 2022

Destemming leaving the grape intact and subsequent pressing; the must is clarified with stabilizer and then sent to fermentation with the inoculation of selected yeasts suitable for maintaining the sugar content necessary for the subsequent refermentation. This base is refermented between February and March using the Charmat method with a period of approximately 4 months on the yeasts and subsequent bottling at the end of June.

Straw yellow color with delicate pink nuances, fine perlage. Delicate nose of white rose, pear and hawthorn. Full and delicate sip, with initial sensations of softness followed by a mineral and dry taste.
