Description

Vineyard in Gries, Bolzano, 250m above sea level, on clayey-sandy and gravelly-sandy soil. Slow fermentation with repeated pumping over of the cap for greater extraction of aromas and colors. Aging of the individual grape variety wines for 20 months in small oak barrels, then blended.

Tasting

Ruby red with garnet reflections. Fruity wine, with a light smoky hint. Full-bodied, elegant and very persistent, very complex sip.

Roasted and grilled beef, roasts and game, spicy cheeses.
