Description

First fermentation of the base wine in steel, then traditional re-fermentation in the bottle. The entire sparkling process takes place at an altitude of 2173 metres, where the atmospheric characteristics influence the specific qualities. Dégorgement not before 36 months.

Tasting

Straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is floral, with extremely typical mineral notes. On the palate, it is mineral, with good sapiditỳ and freshness.
