Description

Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard; traditional white vinification, maturation in steel barrels with tank selection and soaking on fine lees for more than a year; bottle ageing.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour with golden hues; rich and complex nose of melon, tangerine and grapefruit, with hints of flowers and herbs; palate of marked savouriness and minerality, with a long finish of good complexity.

Seafood starters, crustaceans and molluscs, baked fish, roast white meat.
