Organic
Natural fermentation in steel tanks with maceration of the grapes for 3/4 days. It matures mainly in steel tanks, with a part remaining in old oak tonneaux for 12 months.
From a short maceration a lean, fresh and savory wine, characterized by notes of red fruit and spring flowers on a background of spicy notes with a purely Mediterranean tone.
Cured meats and semi-mature cheeses, tasty first courses.
