After manual harvesting and soft pressing, the must ferments spontaneously thanks to the action of Native yeasts present on the grapes; the wine matures for 12 months in Clayver ceramic barrels in contact with the fine lees; refines in the bottle for a variable period depending on the vintage.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; broad and intense nose, of yellow peach, chamomile and white tea, with notes of toasted hazelnut; full and rich sip, with beautiful freshness and flavor, and great persistence.
