Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard starting from the third ten days of September. Red vinification with fermentation lasting 6/7 days with numerous daily pumping overs and at least 2 delestages during the period; refinement in steel, followed by a year in the bottle.

Tasting

Very concentrated ruby red colour; intense and concentrated nose, of dark fruit, with hints of plum, blackberry and blueberry, together with a mineral background; rich and full-bodied sip, soft, rightly tannic, with pleasant acidity and a long finish.
