Dolcetto
Selection from 3 very steep vineyards, with slopes between 35 and 55%, therefore worked completely by hand. Red vinification with 6/7 day fermentation; refinement in steel for one year and a further year in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; nose of morello cherry, plum and balsamic hints of cinchona; good structure on the palate with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Tasty first courses, white and red meats.
